Every piece of jewelry on our site is made to order, handcrafted with care in our NYC studio. This ensures that you receive a unique item made just for you, using the finest materials and expert craftsmanship.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because each item is custom made, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order.

Resizing

We do not provide resizing services at this time. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing. Need help? We’re happy to provide sizing guidance or ring sizers upon request.

Shipping & Timelines

Our standard production time is 10–14 business days. Rush options may be available depending on the piece. All shipments include tracking and insurance for peace of mind.
